Hello, I am so glad you are here.
I’m Kshitij Sharma, founder and lead coach of Coach Kshitij, a coaching firm that reflects my personal commitment to helping leaders reach their full potential. With extensive professional coaching experience, I’ve had the privilege of coaching hundreds of leaders, both women and men, from renowned organizations.
My deep understanding of the challenges and aspirations faced by senior corporate leaders—CEOs, Country Heads, and CXOs—has enabled me to coach them on goals ranging from Priority Management to Emotional Intelligence, and from Business and Career Growth to Public Speaking.

The Making of a Coach
For over a decade, I’ve coached high-performaing leaders on the threahold of CXO roles, helping them secure career-defining promotions and rediscover their greatness. But my journey began with struggles—stuck in a corporate role, plagued by self-doubt. A manager’s feedback revealed the missing piece: a lack of Executive Presence. A mentor’s words, “You already have what it takes,” transformed my path.
This realization not only reshaped my career but inspired me to help other leaders achieve their potential. Today, as a coach and founder, I’m dedicated to helping leaders develop their Executive Presence and achieve lasting success. Seeing their transformation remains my greatest fulfillment.

Myth 1 - Myth around Skill Set
“To succeed, only technical skills matter”
A highly skilled VP with unmatched technical expertise found himself stagnant in his career for eight years. Myth 2- Myth Around Mindset
“Work Speaks for Itself”
A common Myth around mindset is, “Let my work speak for itself…why should I brag about it or blow my trumpet.”
Many leaders hesitate to talk about themselves, often losing opportunities due to a self-sabotaging mindset rooted in childhood beliefs against self-promotion.
As my mentor once said, “Keeping quiet about your work denies others the chance to benefit from it.”
Executive Presence balances internal growth (substance) and external projection (visibility). Leaders with strong internal growth but low projection have a mild presence, while those with high projection but low substance have a loud presence. True Executive Presence arises when leaders nurture themselves and confidently share their value with the world.
The Insight:
Competence alone doesn’t suffice. Leaders must confidently showcase their achievements without guilt.
Leaders with powerful Executive Presence amplify their impact by sharing their value authentically.

“I’m Not Good Enough”
Michelangelo, known for the statue of David, once said, “The statue is already inside the stone; I’m just chipping away the unnecessary.”
Similarly, each of us holds innate greatness, waiting to be uncovered. I, too, doubted my potential in my corporate career until a mentor reminded me to rediscover my strengths. This realization transformed my journey and helped me hone my Executive Presence.
