I am a true believer that leadership quality is gender neutral; however unfortunately the environments in which women lead often are not gender neutral.

A lot  of women leaders despite having great potentials are not able to reach the boardroom as often as their male colleagues with equal capability.
This is due to inherent bias in our society.
Women Leadership coaching creates space to look at overall leadership effectiveness, confidence, visibility, etc., in a woman leader, while also acknowledging realities many women leaders face — being interrupted, underestimated, over-scrutinised, etc.

The intent is not to mould you into someone else or ask you to “fit a template.”
It’s to help you lead in a way that feels authentic, grounded, and impactful — without losing yourself in the process.
General Executive coaching helps senior executives of both genders rediscover their greatness within through reflective conversations.
